Returns and Exchanges

We hope you’re delighted with your La Mouche piece. However, if it’s not quite what you envisioned, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Exchange Policy

  • While we do not offer refunds, we’re pleased to arrange an exchange for items of equal or similar value.
  • If the new item is of greater value, the price difference will be covered by the customer.
  • If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

3. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at returns@lamouchejewelry.com, including your order details and the reason for the exchange.
  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect its condition. If it meets the eligibility criteria, the exchange will be approved.
  • After approval, we will confirm your exchange and begin processing the replacement item.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will suggest alternative options. If no suitable alternatives are found, store credit will be issued for the full value of the item.

3. Return Shipping

  • Shipping costs and any customs duties (back and forth) are the responsibility of the customer,  who assumes any risks of loss or damage during return shipping.

  • Kindly ensure your return is carefully packed, ideally in its original materials, to guarantee safe arrival.
  • We are unable to accept exchanges or issue store credit for items returned in damaged or unsellable condition.
DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out to us at returns@lamouchejewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of items damaged in transit, La Mouche will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Please note, if we are not informed within 48 hours of delivery, we may be unable to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for damaged or missing items.
